Cancellation of loan

On the 15 October 2015. I called the call centre in order to cancelled the loan. I was told to write a cancellation letter and attach a copy of my ID and I was told to call again after 2 days to confirm that the loan has been cancelled. I called again 2 days latter and I was told that the loan has been cancelled and I was given reference number CER126225. The consultants who assisted me were Dolly and after 2 days was Jabu. They said all funds will be reversed to eduloan and that I will have to pay R495.00 for the cancellation. I was shocked when they started to debit my account. This is shocking and **********.
