bad service

I am very disappointed at your terrible service. phoned in on ***and pressed option 3 for fundi card enquiries. the lady who was assisting me by the name of Busisiwe Mgaga was very rude. She sounded very condescending and could not even wait for me to finish my sentences. when I asked her questions she was very quick to dismiss me telling they have no personal relationships with students I must speak to NFSAS. It makes me wonder why is she working for Fundi if she can not work with people.
