BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a loan last August and was told that it was approved but UNISA didn't register me saying that they haven't received anything from fundi,tried several time to get help from fundi they couldn't provide the evidence yet they were deducting my money and i would reverse the payment as I was not registered,only in February they were submitting the statement,I found so *********** of fundi staff that dealt with my query expecting to pay for something that I didn't use ,please advise how to I go about with this matter.
