Bad loan

<p>I took out a loan with eduloan and then had to cancel it for personal reasons. The full loan amount was paid back to eduloan with not a cent being used. This was done on 31 March 2016 yet I was still debited my instalment in April and still charged interest in May. I have had to send in my cancellation documentation twice and had to call in to chase it up around 5 times. Two months later, with 2 payments of R588, I have not received any of my money back and my statement shows that they will only pay me back around R350. There is no urgency or professionalism on their part to have this sorted. To make it worse they don't even have a complaints department to complain to. I feel as though they have taken my money and delayed the process in order to charge me more service fees and interest. Over R1000 has been paid to them for a loan which has not been used and to only get a third of my money back makes me feel as though I have been cheated out of my money. </p>
