Bad Customer Service
I find very saddening that Fundi quick to debit us on a monthly basis but when it comes to updating the information on the credit bureau they fail dismally. This affect negatively on our credit profile. They last time they updated payments on my credit profile it was on the 30th of June 2024. I have send them countless emails requesting them to updated but nothing has been done till to date.
I honestly would not advise anyone to take loans with them. They lack customer service 100%. I am honestly disappointed. I will never do business with them.

14 Aug 2024, 20:21May i have proof that updates were sent to credit bureau for the month of July. So that they can update cause till to date. My account is still not updated.
Also my salary slip is not updated. Please send the correct balances to my workplace. I have 4 study loans with you and i dont think i will ever continue with your company in the future. Your service is poor and i wont recommend anyone to do business with your company
