Good Morning

My name is Kgomotso Gladys Kename,Id no. *** 083.On the 11th of February 2020 I app**** for study loan at Fundi NWU in Mahikeng. Study loan was for my younger sister Refilwe Lefifi who was studying B-com at University of Free State. Refilwe Lefifi failed accounting last year so she wanted to go and repeat it this year and she thought that NSFAS wont approve to pay for her registration because she failed one subject, so I went to Fundi to apply for loan for registration of R2800.00.Same day on the 11th of February 2020 they send sms saying loan is approved. On the 12th of February 2020 Refilwe went to UFS to register and NSFAS accepted her. On the 13th of February I called Fundi asking them to cancel loan because NSFAS managed to accept my younger sister Refilwe Lefifi. They told me to write a cancellation letter and email it to ***,I did that. The first deduction of loan was suppose to be on the 15th of March 2020,they never deducted in March so I thought loan was cancelled. I did not hear from them until on the 14th April 2020 whereby Refilwe told me that she sees R2800.00 on her student account it was deposited on the 9th of April 2020.On 14th April 2020 I called Fundi wanting to understand what is happening. I spoke to consultant Lesedi Motlhatlhedi, she asked me to send email I sent to cancellations, I did that and she rep**** with email saying cancellations department sent me an email on the 14th of April 2020 saying that I must sign the letter, I sent back email to Lesedi telling her that I did not see that email. She sent me email saying that I must sign the letter and send it to cancellations. Cancellations sent me this: You need to notify the institution to credit fundi back, please note that you are cancelling outside the cooling off period so you are liable for all costs incurred until we receive the credit back.

I am asking for your assistance with you as Fundi deposited loan into Refilwe study account without enquiring with me whether I still need loan of which they so the letter stating that loan was for registration and the date for loan was long over due, deduction agreement past last month and they want me to talk to university to reverse money to them and pay cancellation fee.
