Acknowledgement of Documents and No response

I have emailed the documents as requested and aske Mr Nhlapo to get back to me regardung the process. He has been silent and i called eduloan for clarity only to find out that my information reflects not from the system. My bigest worry is have my documents landed open the right hands, everything there is critical as it contains payslips, id numbers, bank statements even SARS certificated. Someone kindly tell me that the documents did not land in the wrong hands regarding the crime that prevails in these county day by day.
