I would like to be assisted on the case number:

above case numbers are how many times I have been asking for assistance with my monthly allowance. They would send me a Case number never come back to me regarding my funds, now it's been days writing FUNDI but no response.

This issue has been occurring monthly basis. Where my monthly Allowance is either delayed or not sent to me on time.

I would like to be helped with my NSFAS Allowance allocation I haven't received it this month. Please help me out this issue has been recursively happening month to month. before I could get my allowance I have to write them numerous emails pleading for them to assist me.

All this causes me to have depression and distress. and above that, I was writing my exams while I don't have meals. I have to ask around and consume time outside my studies so I can be able to get meals from friends(Staying at their place until they can make meals).
