Pathetic service

I have settle my student loan in April 2022. I received a paid up letter from Delia but until today they have not updated my credit profile. I requested assistance from Delia and she asked for my credit report. Why is this becoming a problem to me if Fundi staff done their jobs last year already by updating my profile I would not be here complaining.
