Late Delivery & no customer Feedback Fundani Books

I ordered and paid for a text book from the supplier on Friday 6 Mar 15. I paid R100 courier fee for overnight delivery. The book was not received the next day. On enquiry with the supplier this Monday morning 09 march 2015 my contact number was taken down as they needed to trace the order and promised to feedback to me. I was not contacted as promised and called back within an hour. the landline number is now unreachable. Tried the cell and was told their systems are slow and I must contact the owner. I said NO you contact the owner and feedback to me, I now can't get through on the cell phone goes to voicemail. Very frustrating ! I paid for a service and did not receive it.
