Terrible
I bought the hair remover. It does not work at all. It failed to remove the tiny hairs growing under my arms. I tried it again and left it on for longer than 10 minutes, but it still did not work. I’m very disappointed and angry because it wasn’t cheap.

Terrible

Unhappy customer
Fundamentals hair removal cream was an extreme disappointment. It didn't work at all even after leaving it longer than the recommended 10 minutes because after doing my test swipe at 10 minutes it seemed not to be ready yet. It was a waste of R120.

Fundamentally inaccurate sales pitch
How disappointing to have purchased from Fundamentals skincare and entered the code for the clear cosmetic organiser, and to have received nothing. In future, perhaps set your payments page up to reflect when the FREE GIFT is now out of stock (even though I purchased extremely early in the day when the last 50 cases were advertised) as I may not have made my purchase after all. I had already purchased other items earlier in the week. A clear manner in which to drum up extra sales (but leave a client bitterly disappointed) I purchased additional products and paid for shipping twice in one week just to get a case for my daughter for Xmas.

Unstable website
I logged in this morning at 8.30am to start preparing for the sale and the competition for the vanity. Filled my cart, the vanity was added. Proceeded to checkout and for the last 20 minutes I am getting error after error. This is utter nonsense. Don't encourage customers to come support your business when your website is lame. I am so highly disappointed. I planned so well for this specific giveaway and black Friday sale and it did not serve me at all. I am still unable to check out my cart. This is terrible customer service!!
