Card cloned

<p>On Teusday 5th of Oct 19:00 my card got cloned outside Nedbank at the ATM. I tried phoning to stop my card but clearly it was very busy. By the time my card got blocked the money was out of my account already. It's not a lot of money but it was a cold and terrible experience. I then went to the bank the next day and they literally told me I won't get my money back. And that it happens there alot at night. The weirdest of all is the moment I punched in my pin it showed on the screen. But it was too late already. I got my new card but I've never been so uneasy because it could happen again. From Nedbanks side I expected a bit more. I even feel uneasy now going to any ATM. </p>
