Think twice

I app**** for a loan with these guys on 26 June 2025 and their whatsapp agent have asked me to take a loan insurance cover and introduced me to universal life insurance company, they inturn ask me to make an immediate payment of R850 to ULI which i did. No loan was granted to me during the stipulated time as of the contract which was eventually canceled on 16 July 2025. I've sent all details to universal life insurance company and as today haven't received my refund of R850.00. I can't get hold of these guys as there's no contact telephone number here in South Africa. James Capri of the insurance company has once informed me that i will receive my refund but as of today haven't received my R850. I was introduce by Funcal1 cash loans to Universal Life Insurance Company to take out a loan insurance cover.
