I app**** for a R20 000 loan.On the 05-09-2025 the loan was approved on condition that I pay the legalisation fee R1349:99 which I paid and sent POP the 05-09-2025 I also had to pay the the sum of R850 which is for the insurance gee.Fee was paid and POP was sent to Whatsapp and email. After these process I did not receive my loan according to my loan contract In the evening I received a message that I should pay another fee called Admin Fee, their is no specific amount included on my contract,I said that I won't pay anymore fees it is *******.So I wrote that this is a breach of the contract, I request ed a refund from the loan company for the Legal fee and the insurance but both are not willing to refund my fees according to the Consumer Rights Counsel.
