I was ambushed by the fun ***** coaches by the driver and his associates

12.1.22 I went to bara to post my parcel via the driver according to my knowledge you can give any amount to show gratitude ,when I got there they told me that they want a 100.00 for a package as small as a preschool school bag I told them I only had a 50.00 they then started swearing and causing a scene and it was not just one person but 3 and I was alone so basically they ambushed me . Then a lady came through and she offered to help me they then turned on her .I'm so highly disappointed on the treatment received today from the bus driver and his associates. iv never had such bad treatment like this before I always choose fun ***** coaches amongst other transport services but the treatment given today. IM SO FRIKEN DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIEVED TODAY IS SO NOT ON .This needs to be addressed really.
