Terrible terrible terrible

Disheartening and terrible experience. Anybody wanting to go here I suggest not to. We were broken into. Car windows broken. Local police suggested that we leave immediately as the area is dangerous and surprised we were not advised. The owner Sharon Uppink tried to be sly and tell us to use the alarm beams whilst having a security patrolling????stupid to say the least . The place has a ****roach infestation. The fridges dont work. Braai area is old and broken . We were not informed and upon asking for our refund were told no . We payed over R6000.00 and stayed 1 night and got ******. We left immediately and notified Sharon . She has refused to reimburse the payment for over 3 weeks....... even if we do not receive it I plead, shut this place down as many are going to go there and the worse is that death and harm can come to children. Please shut this place down. Terrible terrible experience
