Overall a very bad experience

This service is predominantly aimed at youngsters who need to learn how to drive and who want to get their license. My son hated the experience there. He was made to feel dumb about the mistakes he made while learning and the elderly man who instructed him,made him cry on his second lesson. I understand that one must be very strict around the rules of the road, but making the children cry or feel bad about themselves does not help the cause. The children are already stressed and making these children feel bad about themselves will definitely not help at all. You are given the opportunity to change your instructor... but do you actually feel like continuing to work through such a company if you have a similar negative experience? I hardly think so. Just my own opinion.
