Fullserv on behalf of Hollard.. Unprofessionalism
Fullserv, a subsidiary of Hollard.
I've been interviewed by 3 "branch Leaders/Managers' for the job where i provided them with my C.V an work experience as a branch consultant.. I was ecstatic as I was called the very afternoon that I have received the job.. I then went on to training at Hollard City Campus in Braamfontein for 2 weeks. I further went on an passed all my assessments etc at Hollard City Campus,
Where at Hollard we were told not to "mine the system" an that we should only deal with walk in clients & telephnically we were not allowed to make calls to "lapsed leads"
To my surprise as i entered the branch i was told that "i should mine the system" an i shouldnt take heed to what Hollards Trainers has to say as they do not know how Fullserv works.
i sold Hollards products on behalf of Fullserv i worked as a branch consultant for 4 days an met the dailytarget that was needed from me.. Thursday 19/03/2020 they came up to me an told me that i needed to sign a contract an they then asked me to provide them with my matric certificate i then told them that i did not have matric a then they told me i could not sell no longer as a branch consultant..
`FIRST OF ALL 3 BRANCH LEADERS READ OVER MY C.V IN MY PRESENCE an how do they manage an entire branch if they *********** to even read a C.V `How do they service clients if they cannot conduct an liase with they consultants `How would consumers as i talk for myself purchasing financial products have faith in Hollard if they is no professionalism or good code of conduct in place
An lastly all the money that was spent regardin the training, transport.
What happens to it as i as the consultant was not been negligent yet Fullserv on behalf of Hollard was unprofessional???
