Bad quality furniture bought at Robertson Fullhouse

I bought furniture in December 2022 at Robertson Fullhouse and I was not happy with the quality of the kitchen cupboards and my wife contacted them where they made a deal with her, but neve obey the process and she went to Fullhouse and they ignored the fact they made a deal with her. I, her husband call Fullhouse and said to them that we are nt interested in the furniture anymore and they must come and collect it or I will bring it to the shop myself and the said I must wait they will collect it. I called Fullhouse head Office and explain to them my query, bc Robertson didn't kept their promise. I contacted Johan at Robertson Fullhouse and he said he doesn't know abt the query but he will follow up as well as Head Office, because they don't want me to bring the stuff to them myself. I'm still waiting for them since last year and now they want to report me to attorneys for slow/ bad credit payer. What should I do in this case
