bad service

i bought a bed structure at fullhouse montagu and cost me R6000 and only last 4months..i reported the complaint to the manager at montagu fullhouse and she send her delivery guy to fix my bed...he could not fix the bed and never came back...i phoned headoofice and they would have come back but nothing yet
