BAD SERVICE

These guys seemed reliable at first, replaced my windshield no hassle. Exactly 2 months down the line, my windscreen all of a sudden shows cracks from the bottom. I approach them nicely to understand whats happening as there is no clear evidence of any damage that could have been caused, to be told:

"Something must have happened, It's quality glass they install. They will not be replacing my windscreen and to not call them again".

I qoute from their own website: Do you offer a warranty on your windshield replacement? Yes, we provide a warranty on both the glass and the workmanship. Please contact us for detailed information regarding the terms and length of the warranty."
