Undeliverd goods

Am doing this on my sister behalf. one of the company's representatives went to my sister work in Klerksdorp to sell their pots. Her colleagues bought the pots they were selling cash and their good where delivered because she did not have cash the representative said the could pay for the goods in installments but delivery will only be made when full payment is done. she paid R300 for 24 months from 2013 - 2015 via debit order. after she made the last payment she tried to call the representative who she bought the goods from but the number on the slip she had did not work anymore. then she asked me to contact the company on her behalf. I called in 2016 and the lady who attended my call promised me that they where busy with delivery and admitted that they had backlog but promised me that the goods will be delivered. 3 months later the goods where not delivered and I gave her the call I gain, this time she took my contact number telling me that she will ask the owner to give me a call, am still waiting for that call to this day. I have trying to call them since the beginning of this year but the number is always engaged. So hellopeter is my last hope to see if my sister will get her money back or at least Fuller will have the decency to deliver the goods that she has bought from them, and warn other innocent people out there about this vultures who prey on innocent people.
