Fuller Kitchen and Home

So My mom bought Pots from a lady called Viginia from Fuller KItchen and home in August 2013, and the contract was for a year ending in 2014. To this day my mom never received the pots yet the money( R8495-00) was debited from her account. the contact details i have and the Physical address i have no longer go through at all. please help my mom get her pots or the money.
