unacceptable
Simon is a fantastic sales man, there is no complaint towards him! However, he was our sales guy,,, he organised a bike tyre for us directly from the supplier for R400 which we paid a day before getting the tyre to get to you guys and its not the right tyre there was a spare in your store, however we had to pay in the difference of another R400 for the suppliers mistake, that is unacceptable and a bad name towards full throttle. I feel the supplier who made the mistake should pay the R400 and we should be refunded for that. As it is we had to pay in R65 in originally because the tyre was actually R486 and we were told R400. We were completely messed around by you guys and I'm fuming due to this! There were other bike shops selling the same tyre for R650 and you charged me R800 where you originally said R400. I await your response as well as a solution to my problem. Thank you. And to mention again Simon is great!!!

The fault was exactly that the fault of the supplier who supp**** a tube type not tubeless tire as we requested. The problem comes in that the tubeless tire we then fitted to it was another make and much better quality than the original tire ordered. Our team did however give you a massive discount to compensate but please understand you need to compare apples with apples when you looking at the pricing and the tire you now have is superior quality and will give you value for money in extended life.
