Too much trouble to order

Went into Edenvale full throttle and bought a helmet. As there was no tinted visor available I requested that they order one. They took my details and told me it would be ready by Tuesday. I went in this morning and to be expected nothing had been done.<br> <br> The salesman who had helped me was nowhere to be seen and nobody seemed to know when he would be arriving for work<br> <br> Nobody was really interested in helping me and I was told to wait for the salesman to call me when he arrives for work one day.<br> I told the staff there that I stay in Midrand and I cannot ride up and down wasting my time, but they weren't interested..<br> Over the years I have spent a lot of money at full throttle buying riding kit for both on and off road and to be treated like my business means nothing is a major disappointment<br> <br> If they didn't want to order the visor if it was too much effort then they should have said so and I would have gone elsewhere.<br> I am unimpressed at the moment with the level of service form full throttle.
