Thought My exchange Would Be Handled Positively!

I bought an airflow jacket from FT Edenvale on 5 Oct. After approx. 7 uses, the zip in the right hand outer pocket failed. Edenvale could not supply me with the correct size of replacement jacket so they referred me to Cresta.<br> Upon arriving at Cresta on Fri 23rd Oct, I was met with serious resistance - despite having phoned a day earlier to confirm that they had my size. I was accused of \wearing the jacket"! Well"
