POOR AFTER SALES RESPONSE

On the 3rd of April I went into the Edenvale Branch of Full Throttle to purchase motor bike safety equipment (Jacket, Helmet and Gloves) although the sales person was helpful he sold me a helmet that was way too small under the proviso that it would stretch once I wore it more. This did not happen upon contacting him telephonically on Monday the 4th of April he eventually advised that no supplier of his has a bigger helmet available. I then did some searching myself on the internet and was able to find a store in North Riding that had stock of helmets that would accommodate my large head (64cm). I then went on Wednesday afternoon to return the non fitting helmet to Full Throttle only to be told that I would not get a refund but a credit voucher upon complaining about this a \Manager\" came up to me advising that it was basically my fault as I bought the incorrect helmet in good faith knowing that it didn't fit. When I explained to him about the CPA (Which by the way at the bottom of their slips they mention they are compliant with the CPA) he very aggressively and reluctantly agreed to do the refund but that it would take 15 days to process "

Hello DUIFP,

According to cpa rule book we have 15 days to process your refund and we are well within our legal limitations.

We are happy to refund you and have no issue with this.

It needs to be noted that a helmet does expand and this take several rides and doesn't happen in first ride however you are still not happy so we will refund you with pleasure.

We have investigate your claim of aggressive manager and several witnesses say there way no aggression from our side so not sure where that is stemming from.
We will process this transaction today we hope this sorts your issues out.
Best regards
Full Throttle management.
