No parts received

I ordered an Airoh Twist motocross helmet through James at your Edenvale branch. Received the helmet in much less time than I thought and was rather impressed...however on unwrapping the helmet one of the plastic *****s that hold the visor in place was broken off and lying loose in the box. I phoned James at your Edenvale branch and he told me that it is not a problem and he will send me a new *****. After about a week I got a call back from James telling me that he has a problem with the supplier and that the delivery will be delayed (which was fine) but a week later I still had not heard anything so I decided to call James and someone told me that he had resigned. No one knew of my small problem and I was told that someone would get back to me. I haven't heard anything to this day and I still cannot use a brand new helmet I paid a lot of money for?
