Never replace a Tire at full Throttle

I took my vehicle in to Full throttle for a tire replacement. They replaced the wheel incorrectly and did not replace the brake pads on the one side causing the brakes to grind. My bike needs major repairs now according to Yamaha which will cost me thousands. This could also have caused a major accident.

I have never come across such gross negligence and incompetence and in South Africa that is saying a lot.
If you value your bike and your life I strongly suggest you never have a tire replaced at any Full Throttle branch.
Hello clintonu7,

Hi Clinton,

We have investigated your complaint, and after your call to us the manager of Full Throttle Cresta Vin Horn was on his way to you to access your bike and sort it at your premises or bring it back to Full Throttle to repair.

You said you would take it to Yamaha as you needed to book it for a service. We have contacted Yamaha and they say that there was no damage to the bike and without us been given a chance to access your claim we cannot be held liable.

We value your support and aim for customer satisfaction, so please contact Vin Horn on *** for the replacement of your rear tyre which is worn past the wear indicator so we can win back your trust in us at Full Throttle.

Regards
Full Throttle Management

Best regards,
