Great service, polite and professional

Like to compliment Akasie who assisted me during the week when I was looking for a tail luggage bag and again today, purchasing a rain suit.<br> Akasie went out of his way to assist and was only satisfied once he came outside and attached it to my sissy bar rack himself.<br> Also, ordered a rain suit as size was out of stock which he kept for me. Collected today. He was very busy with customer when I got there.<br> He must have apologised 4 or 5 times, asking if we were willing to wait or if he could get another colleague to assist!<br> Myself and wife were happy to wait for Akasie as you don't often get such service now-a-days.<br> Thanks Akasie,
