Great customer service

I bought a Shark helmet on the 2nd of October. Rob assisted and advised me about the newest model. This helped me a lot to decide. I phoned on the 3rd to ask if he can perhaps fit my old Scalla team set. He agreed and said he can do it the same day. The shop was extremely busy as it was a Saturday, but still he made time for me.
