Getting spares
I ordered a renthal driver sprocket for my Honda cbr250r and was assured that it would be available in two days. Two days passed and I was told it would take a further four days, so I waited. At the end of this time period I was then informed that the specific renthal sprocket is unavailable in south africa. I have no idea why I was not informed about this when I placed the order nor why I was misinformed about the supposed arrival of said sprocket. I then had to ask whether there was another brand available with the same sprocket of identical specifications noone mentioned this mind blowing out of the box idea. So now the new sprocket has been orderd and I am experiencing the exact same treatment as before. I find this to be extremely unprofessional as id expect to be given the exact details of my purchase. I am honestly very disgruntled as I have spent in excess of R10 000 at this specific store on apparel , spares and consumables and I have yet to be messed around like this. Due to this I will definitely reconsider where I make purchases in the future.<br>

We have just completed an in-depth investigation with the manager of Cresta Mr Vin Horn and Bornwell the salesman who assisted to and these are the findings.
1.You supp**** a Renthal code initially to Bornwell to source said sprocket however the importers KMSA reverted back saying they never imported this sprocket to which we offered you alternative JT make of sprocket from TRICKBITS suppliers to which you rep**** you would get back to Bornwell.
2.On Wednesday this week you contacted Bornwell to order sprocket however Bornwell informed you that the supplier was moving and would take minimum 2-3 days to order due to this fact.
3.Bornwell placed the order on Thursday morning with TRICKBITS inline with their Friday delivery however due to them moving which we informed you about, the sprocket never arrived.
Bornwell contacted you on Friday via whatsapp to inform you of the delay.
We expect the sprocket to arrive early next week and we have done everything in our means to keep you up to speed at all times.
