<p>I experienced a problem with a set of offroad boots bought from Full Throttle. Kieran Hedley responded to my inital mail within minutes where he immediately offered assistance. Requested I return it and noted he will attempt to assist.</p> <p>The boots were returned. During the period I was kept up to date on the progress until a positive result was offered.
