BEWARE!!!!Full Throttle can kill you!!!
On 25 September 2015,I fitted a new rear tyre on my motorbike,as I was travelling on the N4 highway towards Witbank,I almost had a fatal accident, as I suddenly had to apply my back brake,I realised I had no brakes . I immediately used my front brake which was very dangerous at that time,I stopped the bike to investigate, only to find that 1 of the 2 back brake pads was installed after the installation of the new rear tyre . I immediately contacted Full Throttle about the situation .It is nearly 6 weeks now and I am still waiting for repairs . Every now and then I must send through documents via email.

02 Nov 2015, 15:31Hello Kobus Vermaak,
We believe Pretoria branch manager Graham Koen has been in contact with throughout this process including emailing you today. Apparently the staff cannot reach you on your mobile and have to email all correspondence to you. You are apparently aware the parts will take up to 12 weeks to obtain from Yamaha as they need to import them and you acknowledged and accepted this,we emailed you on this 28/09/15. Furthermore we still require a 3rd party form to be submitted by yourself so we can conclude this matter.
We are trying to assist in best nature possible however we still require documentation from your side.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated in this matter.
Regards
Full throttle management
