ADVERTISED PRICE NOT HONOURED
Full Throttle online store price R700 lower than in-store price. When queried, was told, 'prices are subject to change without notice'. Full Throttle website however was willing to sell same product at lower price. When that was queried, was told that online sale would not go through at advertised price. By law, advertised price MUST be honoured. 'It takes time to update online prices' isn't an excuse. If you wish to sell online, have a system in place ensuring speedy price updates. Online store Amazon would be out of business in a day if they operated in this way, even with the 'prices are subject to change without notice' clause hidden in fine print. Hiding behind that clause amounts to trickery and is *******, not to mention devious, ********* and disgraceful. How many customers DON'T change their minds once at the till and the price is higher, just to avoid making a scene?

It's about time South African consumers rejected such sub-standard service. Our prices on imported goods are already higher than in many other countries. Is it unreasonable then to expect at least the same level of service? Why do we keep accepting less?
Dear sir
We apologize for any inconvenience caused but please ask you to appreciate we carry 65000 line items and the Rand Dollar is fluctuating daily hence it is almost impossible to update our entire site daily.
Could we offer you a discount on your next purchase to rectify this issue perhaps?
Best regards
