Absolutely absolutely shocking customer service

The most disgusting service I've ever had to endure. Took my sons boots in for repairs. The told me they couldn't be fixed so after BEGGING for them to be returned to me, I eventually got them back in a far worse condition than they were given in. They were returned to me in such bad condition that there is now absolutely no way I can have them repaired and full throttle won't take any responsibility. Luckily I have before and after pictures which I will be posting all over social media. Next stop.... hello Peter.

Good day Nicole. When you initially came in you did not have a receipt and were under the impression that your boots had a "lifetime warranty" which is definitely not the case as boots are a wear and tear item and we couldn't confirm that the boots were even purchased from one of our stores. We sent in your broken boots to suppliers even though they request a proof of purchase (which was not supp****) and they assessed your boots and were kind enough to offer you a pair at cost price and we offered you a trade in value for your broken boots on top of that and you were not interested. We then gave you the option to choose any pair of boots in our clearance store which you found a pair and then happily took and have had for the past two months. You then returned and collected your old pair and still have not returned the pair that you took from our clearance store.Your initial boots were at the suppliers and were not used or tampered with by anybody therefore they could not have been damaged further than what they were.We have done our best to try and assist you every time that you have been in store and have even gone against management's protocol and have gone the extra mile to assist you regarding the circumstances.
