Stove to be exchange in same month

I order a thurmofan 4 plate stove from Full house Bredasdorp for a friend who borrow her stove to me for 4 years. In feb hull house deliver to my house. Lady came here and say electrisity to expensive se would like to rather exchange for gas stove. I cantacted them and ask and they say it was order special for me. Im willing to pay extra handling charges because its still ****d where they deliver it. But they say no it was specially order for me. Im sure its still in same month of delivery and its still ****d they must be able to assist me.
