Poor quality bicycle that was so expensive

I bought a bicycle cash at Full House Eersteriver end of December. I'm not happy with this bike as it makes a sound when moving the bike.

I took it to them a couple of weeks ago, I don't know what they did, but the bike has the very same sound.

Also, I had to call them when they had the bike for weeks with no communication from them.

And the fact that I paid cash such an amount for a thing that is not up to standard is not on.

Full House I hope you have a team working with these complaints as I want my money back.
