Poor delivery service. No communication. False promises.

On 23/02/2021 I phoned Full house Riversdal branch in regard to my laptop that needs repair/replaced. ( Have customer protection insurance on said laptop).

Was promised it would be picked up before the next day, the next day turned into before Monday (1st March) , and Monday Turned into Thursday(4th March) Today it's Tomorrow or the next day. ...or next...
