Poor customer service

Good Day I took out a 6 month laybuy @full house furniture Vredenburg. The lady @ the branch gives my the banking details to do electronic payments. In August I go to the branch to settle my laybuye the lady sad to me I didn't make any payments,I said to her it's impossible every month I make payments.I send her all my proof of payments no one come back to me,I think that poor service. I go in today to asked them what going on and the lady said the system is offline. I'm really disappointed with the service, i told the lady can you cancel the whole transaction because it feels like im a ******** it's really sad, what can I do
