Pathetic service, prices,staff

I am having such a terrible experience with full house it is not even funny. Full house in Villiersdorp ( 6848 ) does not know what they are doing. After a year that i have paid my account in full i received a sms telling me i have been handed over to MMHA attorneys.

Sooo the attorney tells me, it shows that there was a outstanding amount which they did not tell me about and as it was lying there for more than a year, the interest grew.. so now i owe them dubble that outstanding amount. Do you think this is acceptable? Without any warnings? Nor notifications.. NOTHING!

THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC.

Why sould i pay for something that i didn't even knew about and it dubbled? It was the consultants fault and they sould be held responsible.
