Paid up letter from Full house not received as promise

I had an account at Full house, but I had a financial problem and put all my accounts including Full house on Debt review. I found out in 2019 that the Debt review company didn't paid my account as promised and I stopped this debt review from deducting my money. I made a payment arrangement with Full house to clear my account that was in arrears and I pay the last amount of R994 on 25 October 2022 and the lady (Anita) I think at head Office promise me to send me a paid up letter after I finished my account that was in arrears and now she is ignoring my messages about the paid up letter I requested.
