Disgusting
I was recently retrenched at work. Full House told me I had to pay that Month's installment, which I did. They asked me to produce my retrenchment letter as well as an affidavit, which I also provided. I then received an SMS some time later, stating my account had been closed. Great. However, Full House still debits my bank account. Upon phoning in to the store wherr I originally opened my account, I was told they cannot refund me. I feel this is theft, and unacceptable.
