Baffled by bad service

<p>This evening I ordered from Red Dragon at Fleurdal Kays Centre, Bloemfontein (tel. ********** 508). Take away. I paid R213 for spring rolls without chillie sause, NO chopsticks and enough ****** for perhaps 1 person - after having ordered a platter with 22 pieces for a family of four. Upon phoning the restaurant later to convey my disgust, I was calmly told that the above ingredients were not to be expected, and that if I'd wanted (more) of it I should have asked. I will not be returning.</p>
