Full House Eerste River ************ toward pensioners

Eerste River full house in cape Town do not live up to expectations. They are based in a community where people who still live under the average income bracket and they exploit the poor people and pensioners. Prior to my ****her death in 2020 my mother had purchased a new bed and mattress from them. The mattress became uncomfortable in the first year and she decided to approach full house Eerste River to which they were going to send someone to inspect and replace as it was under warreentee. Then covid came about and it was delayed. She kept calling them and went back once it became clear they were ignoring her. She was told this year her warreentee expired even though she went in the correct time Fram prior to covid 19.the fact that the manager told me telephonical that the matter is receiving attention and to find that he was lying to get me off the phone shows the poor level of professionalism they show and disregard for senior citizens and theft of poor peoples hard earned money. They have no shame and must be exploited
