May I please bring to your attention a recent unauthorised debit order that I incurred yesterday 26/01/2016from my FNB account.<br> The debit order is R99.99 and the reference is COLLECTSERRF***4SSDTEJ2185. Upon calling my bank to enquire, I was advised the collection was from Nedbank Corporate payments(NCCS) telephone number ***. I made a call to Nedbank and was advised the collection was sent by Fulcrum collections ***). I spoke to Sfiso at Fulcrum who alleged that they were \the debit order facilitators"for Oversurance ***)"
