Fulcrum Collections **********

Fulcrum Collection has debited my account with R1216 with some cents. What I would like to know is who are they and where did they get my banking details.

How did they manage to debit my fnb account if fnb did not receive any document with my signature and details giving permission for such a transection. Somehow Nedbank knows the company, as the number on the debit order show ********** 056 and when you call the number you go through Nedbank and they happily oblige to give you the contact details of the company in question.

These ********* hide behind a bank and calling them has not yielded any joy. The number that I got from the lady from Nedbank for this Fulcrum Collections is ********** 860.

Please help because the banks seem to just allow anyone who wants to use their systems do as they please, for as long as the bank makes the money and to hell with their customer's.
