Camera purchase with free training never honoured

I bought my Fuji camera over a year ago now.<br> I have emailed and phoned many many times to enquire about the free training (as I received a voucher with my purchase).<br> Nobody has ever bothered to call me or email me back about this.<br> <br> They seem to not give a damn...it was just a **** to sell cameras - it seems nobody has any interest in honouring this.
