Awesome service from Fujifilm Woodmead

My twin daughters bought a Fujifilm camera each from Fotofirst Fourways Mall, the first day one of the cameras was not working correctly. We were not successful as exchanging it at Fotofirst that day so went directly to Fujifilm in Woodmead. I called Dineo at reception who was incredible. I told her what the issue was and she agreed it was definately faulty. I took it in the next day and 2 days later there was a new one ready for collection from them. Thank you Fujifilm and Dineo, excellent customer service and so efficient. Really appreciate your assistance in putting a smille on my teenagers face :) Keep doing what you do!
