unsuccessful service delivery

I baught a builted gas fryer 2 x 20litres by this company I send them an email on the 21/07/15 and forward the mail again on the 23/07/15 no response to come and give me training on the fryer and to come and set the fryer to be faster because it cooks slower than the electric fryer I pay for the fryer and I want service.
